• Q: What's the difference between the free version and paid version?
  A: Files2sql is a shareware program that enables you to try before you buy. 
  The free trial version is full functional, but it is locked to expire after 30 days instaled, or 10 Files migrated to Database. 
  The paid version never expires and not as limited quantity files to Database.
  Further more, paid users are entitled to get free technical support and upgrade their software to future versions for free.
  
  
  
• Q: How to upgrade the software to the latest version?
  A: Paid users are entitled to upgrade their Files2sql to the latest version for free. Just download and install the latest version to the computer has the old version, then the upgrade is done. All versions recognize your registration key stored in the computer.
  
  
  
• Q: If I buy a license, can I use it on both my desktop and laptop?
  A: No, you can't. Each computer requires a license. If you buy a license, you can use it on one computer only.
  
  
  
• Q: I restored my computer system and lost my registration key to reactivate the software. How do I get it back?
  A: You can always retrieve your registration key by submitting your registration info through the link below: http://www.cobol.com.ar/Files2sql/regkey2.html
  
  
  
• Q: I registered the software on my old computer. I got a new computer. How do I transfer the software license?
  A: You have to unregister the software from your old computer and send us a confirmation code, then we can issue you a new registration key for your new computer. You can submit a support ticket to get assistance here: http://www.cobol.com.ar/Files2sql/Ticket.html
  
  
  
• Q: I can't run Files2sql . What's going on?
  A: It's probable that there is not Instaled Microfocus Cobol Net Express 5.1 in your computer. A computer must have Compiler and Runtimes  in order to run. It's freeware.

• Q: How long can it record for?
  A: Files2sql  can record for as long as you want if you have enough free disk space.
