End User License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using the Software.
Your use of the Software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
You may load the Software into RAM as well as install it on a hard disk or other storage
device. You may not modify, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile.
You may create derivative works based upon the Software.
UNREGISTERED VERSION LICENSE (TRIAL)
You are hereby licensed to:
You may use the unregistered version, 30 day, for evaluation purpose;
At this time, you can migrate up to 10 files Cobol, to database, with a limit of 10 fields
in each of the files in COBOL, and further, you will find buttons with limited
functionality.
You may select and use one Cobol Dialect. The trial version enable 50 regenerations cobol
source code. Your may select and use one Motor Database.
Make as many copies of the unregistered version as you wish; Give exact copies of the
original unregistered version to anyone; And distribute the unregistered version in its
unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
The Software may be not be sold for a fee on diskette or CD/DVD-ROM, either alone or as
part of a collection with other products, without prior permission of Open World Systems
SRL. (with the exception of magazine cover CD/DVD-ROMs that are sold with a magazine,
which require no permission).
You have the ability to register the Software at any time by purchasing a registration
key. This will convert the Software into the registered version.
REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE
When you register the Software, you will receive a registration key that will enable you
to change the unregistered version of the Software into the registered version. You agree
not to distribute your registration key to others and to use it only for your own use of
the Software. Any unauthorized distribution of your registration key will result in
immediate and automatic termination of your registration key.
One registered copy of the Software may either be used by a single person who uses the
Software personally on one computer, or installed on a single workstation used
nonsimultaneously by multiple people.
Each of the licenses (Activation Keys) is only for use with a (1) Cobol dialect, and one
(1) Database engine. Other licenses later to the same PC will have a discount.
You may access the program through a network, provided that you have obtained individual
registration keys for the Software covering all workstations that will access the Software
simultaneously through the network. For instance, if 10 different workstations will access
the program simultaneously on the network, each workstation must have its own registration
key.
The Software is owned by Open World Systems SRL and is protected by copyright laws and
international treaties. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material,
except that you may make copies of the shareware version of the Software to give to other
persons under the terms of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranty -- THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS
IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with
non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the
program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
